Lincoln County SnoKat Club (LCSKC) is located in the beautiful northwest portion of the state of Montana and the last best place on earth!
LCSKC was formed in the mid-60s, our mission was, and still is, to develop and improve snowmobiling opportunities in the Lincoln County area.
A major network of quality trails have been developed over time providing excellent snowmobiling, particular to the north and west of Libby, Montana.
Big Creek Baldy Mountain Warming Hut was built in 2010 with the help and efforts of board member and volunteers. The warming hut is maintained by the club, up-to approximately 1/2 miles from the Big Creek Baldy Fire Lookout Tower. The warming hut has a wood-burning stove — not only does it warm the hut, but it also allows patrons a way to warm their food. Kindling and wood are stocked and ready for use at the hut.
Our groomer is Montana State owned although operated on a volunteer basis by club members. Jerry Regh is the groomer chairperson.
The groomer, a 2006 Bombardier BR 250, was obtained in 2010.
Lincoln County has more than 150-miles of snowmobile trails. Our gorgeous, scenic trails are located in what we like to call "Kootenai River Country." Although separate from one another, 3-of-the-4 major trails loop together, allowing riders the opportunity to vary their routes while still bringing everyone back to a common starting point.
